This is a husband and wife team and they are outstanding! Matt and Ellen are always responsive, extremely reasonable with price and experts in the treatment of bed bugs. I had a infestation in a large house that Matt treated successful but the tenant keep bringing in the bugs from his job. I took Matt’s advice and got his warranty so I was able to take advantage of all the treatments needed to get the bedbugs out. Word of advice. Follow the recommendations of Matt and Ellen. Don’t get the cheap mattress covers, get the ones they recommend. If you follow their instructions it will lengthen your warranty. These folks answered my many phone called and showed up when needed every time with no compliant. i never felt cheated or lied to. They explained everything. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG with this service!!
