Super easy to write a review because BBEBNYC is simply the best out there! I had a few mystery bites and because I had had a problem with bed bugs before, I wanted to act on it quick. Called them on Wednesday and made the appointment for tonight. Matt came in, asked a few questions and took a look around. In less than 2 minutes, he found not bed bugs, but carpet beetles. What I loved most was his confidence in his verdict. That comes from a place of knowledge and experience. By the way, that first time I had bed bugs..it was Bed Bug Exterminator NYC that came to my rescue then too. Cannot recommend enough! Thanks Matt.
