Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve had in the NYC area in a long time, which is not what you would first think when finding a bug in your apartment.

I called Matthew during the dinner hour (probably slightly inconvenient for him) and he answered immediately. Matthew’s a bug expert without a doubt. Not only did he ask right off the bat for photos of the pest, but he identified the bug with a direct and thorough answer within seconds.

Since this turned out to be a non-life threatening situation. he provided tips to help prevent these little guys from multiplying.

What a stand up guy! Great experience – and Matthew is a rockstar entomology expert!!
